Leo.the doggie Police Chief ,got help from a very large group of U.S Army doggie and Human troops who built things and dig up things,they help get done builting this Doggie-human run Prison ,which is a local prison ,the main doggie prison is jeepers resort island,which is too far away.
Humprey the dog is the doggie prison warden and newly hired hunman warden is named Henry Brubaker,who was fired from working at other prison in the south.
